ANKRD30B is known to be more abundantly expressed in the brain than in blood. The ANKRD30B protein is restrictedly expressed toward testis. Structurally, the encoded ANKRD30B protein is reported to be 158049 Da in mass. 5 organisms have orthologs with human gene ANKRD30B. An important paralog of this gene is ANKRD30A.
