Procedure
Rabbits were immunized with GAPVPYPDPLEPR conjugated with KLH. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, serum was collected. Antibodies were immunoaffinity purified using the peptide immobilized on a solid phase and conjugated with HRP.
