Procedure
Chickens were immunized with recombinant Protein A and egg yolks were collected. An IgY enriched fraction was prepared, antibody was immunoaffinity purified off an antigen containing immunosorbent and conjugated with biotin. Antibody concentration was determined using an absorbance at 280 nm: 1.32 equals 1.0 mg of IgY.

Quality control tested by Direct ELISA utilizing the following parameters

Action: Antigen - 200 ng/well. Incubated 60 minutes

Action: Block plates. Incubated 30 minutes

Action: Biotin Conjugated Antibody. Incubated 60 minutes
