E.coli-derived human HIF1 beta recombinant protein (Position: V416-E789). Human HIF1 beta shares 86% and 83% amino acid (aa) sequences identity with mouse and rat HIF1 beta, respectively.
Preparation and Storage
At -20 degree C for one year. After reconstitution, at 4 degree C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20 degree C for a longer time. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
