Rabbit anti-Human CD55 Polyclonal Antibody | anti-CD55 antibody
CD55 Antibody (N-term)
FCM/FACS (Flow Cytometry)
(CD55 Antibody (N-term) flow cytometric analysis of Hela cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.)
IHC (Immunohistochemisry)
(CD55 Antibody (N-term) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human lung adenocarcinoma followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of CD55 Antibody (N-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.)
IF (Immunofluorescence)
(Confocal immunofluorescent analysis of CD55 Antibody (N-term) with Hela cell followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green).DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).)
WB (Western Blot)
(CD55 Antibody (N-term) western blot analysis in Hela cell line lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the CD55 antibody detected the CD55 protein (arrow).)
the complement cascade. The encoded glycoprotein is also known as
the decay-accelerating factor (DAF); binding of DAF to complement
proteins accelerates their decay, disrupting the cascade and
preventing damage to host cells. Antigens present on the DAF
glycoprotein constitute the Cromer blood group system (CROM). Two
alternatively spliced transcripts encoding different proteins have
been identified. The predominant transcript encodes a
membrane-bound protein expressed on cells exposed to plasma
component proteins but an alternatively spliced transcript produces
a soluble protein present at much lower levels. Additional,
alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described, but
their biological validity has not been determined. [provided by

Product Notes
The CD55 cd55 (Catalog #AAA284097) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The immunogen sequence is 51-79. The CD55 Antibody (N-term) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CD55 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, FCM/FACS (Flow Cytometry), IHC (Immunohistochemistry), IF (Immunofluorescence), ELISA, WB (Western Blot). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD55 cd55 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD55, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
