The sample well of each lane was loaded with 30 ug of sample under reducing conditions.Lane 1: human THP-1 whole cell lysates,Lane 2: rat spleen tissue lysates,Lane 3: rat thymus tissue lysates,Lane 4: rat PC-12 whole cell lysates,Lane 5: mouse EL-4 whole cell lysates,Lane 6: mouse spleen tissue lysates,Lane 7: mouse thymus tissue lysates,Lane 8: mouse RAW264.7 whole cell lysates,Lane 9: mouse ANA-1 whole cell lysates. After electrophoresis, proteins were transferred to a nitrocellulose membrane at 150 mA for 50-90 minutes. Blocked the membrane with 5% non-fat milk/TBS for 1.5 hour at RT. The membrane was incubated with rabbit anti-CD64/FCGR1A antigen affinity purified polyclonal antibody (#AAA126227) at 0.5 ug/mL overnight at 4 degree C, then washed with TBS-0.1%Tween 3 times with 5 minutes each and probed with a goat anti-rabbit IgG-HRP secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:5000 for 1.5 hour at RT. The signal is developed using an Enhanced Chemiluminescent detection (ECL) kit with Tanon 5200 system. A specific band was detected for CD64/FCGR1A at approximately 70 kDa. The expected band size for CD64/FCGR1A is at 43 kDa.)

Product Notes

The FCGR1A fcgr1a (Catalog #AAA126227) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-CD64/FCGR1A Antibody Picoband reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CD64/FCGR1A can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, WB (Western Blot), FCM/FACS (Flow Cytometry), ELISA. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the FCGR1A fcgr1a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD64/FCGR1A, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
