Related Product Information for anti-COL3A1 antibody
Collagen III antibody is an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody to Collagen III (COL3A1) from human. It is reactive with human, mouse and rat. Validated for ELISA and IHC.
COL3A1 (also called collagen III) is a protein that is a type of fibrillar collagen. It is secreted and comprises part of the extracellular matrix. Mutations in the COL3A1 gene are associated with the vascular type of Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, aortic and arterial aneurysms, and collagen type III glomerulopathy. COL3A1 is broadly expressed in most soft connective tissues such as skin, uterus, lung, intestine, and the vascular system, as well as some neoplastic tissues. Staining is used to identify glomerular COL3A1 deposition in collagen type III glomerulopathy.

Product Notes
The COL3A1 col3a1 (Catalog #AAA163113) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The COL3A1/Collagen III Rabbit anti-Human Polyclonal Antibody reacts with Mouse, Rat, Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's COL3A1/Collagen III can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, IHC (Immunohistochemistry), ELISA. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the COL3A1 col3a1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "COL3A1/Collagen III, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
