Rabbit anti-Human, mouse DCK Polyclonal Antibody | anti-DCK antibody
DCK Antibody (C-term)
IP (Immunoprecipitation)
(Deoxycytidine kinase(DCK) immunoprecipitated from H460cells with 7.5ug (microgram) of the dCK antibody (AAA284559) using the Pierce classic mammalian IP kit (#45217) reagent as described as manufacturer instructions (lane 1, 3) and Current Protocols in Cell Biology, 1998, 7.2.1-7.2.21. Proteins separated on a 12% SDS gel, transferred to a PVDF membrane and probed with 1:700 dilution of DCK antibody (AAA284559). Bands were detected using enhanced chemiluminescence (SuperSignal West Pico Chemiluminescent Substrate Kit). No specific reagents were employed to remove IgG from immunoprecipitated sample. WB (Western Blot)
(The anti-DCK Pab is used in Western blot to detect DCK in mouse intestine tissue lysate.)
IF (Immunofluorescence)
(Confocal immunofluorescent analysis of DCK Antibody (C-term) with Hela cell followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green).DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).)
IHC (Immunohistochemistry)
(DCK Antibody (C-term) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human brain tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of DCK Antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.)

Product Notes
The DCK dck (Catalog #AAA284559) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The immunogen sequence is 171-200. The DCK Antibody (C-term) reacts with Human, mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's DCK can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, IP (Immunoprecipitation), WB (Western Blot), IF (Immunofluorescence), IHC (Immunohistochemistry), ELISA. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the DCK dck for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "DCK, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
