Related Product Information for anti-DYNLRB1 antibody
Function: Acts as one of several non-catalytic accessory components of the cytoplasmic dynein 1 complex that are thought to be involved in linking dynein to cargos and to adapter proteins that regulate dynein function. Cytoplasmic dynein 1 acts as a motor for the intracellular retrograde motility of vesicles and organelles along microtubules.
Subunit Structure: Homodimer. The cytoplasmic dynein 1 complex consists of two catalytic heavy chains (HCs) and a number of non-catalytic subunits presented by intermediate chains (ICs), light intermediate chains (LICs) and light chains (LCs); the composition seems to vary in respect to the IC, LIC and LC composition. The heavy chain homodimer serves as a scaffold for the probable homodimeric assembly of the respective non-catalytic subunits. The ICs and LICs bind directly to the HC dimer and the LCs assemble on the IC dimer. Self-associates. Interacts with DYNLRB2. Interacts with DYNC1I1 and DYNC1I2. Interacts with RAB6A isoform 1 (GTP-bound); the interaction is direct. Interacts with RAB6A isoform 2 (GDP-bound); the interaction is direct. Interacts with RAB6B (GDP-bound).
Similarity: Belongs to the GAMAD family.

Product Notes
The DYNLRB1 dynlrb1 (Catalog #AAA327967) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The DYNLRB1 Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's DYNLRB1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA, WB (Western Blot). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the DYNLRB1 dynlrb1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "DYNLRB1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
