Keep aliquots at 2-8 degree C for short term use (up to 4 weeks) and store the remaining aliquots at -20 degree C.; Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.

IP (Immunoprecipitation)

(Immunoprecipitation of ELK-1 from HeLa cell nuclear extract (400 ug; lane 2). 10ul of rabbit IgG was used as a negative control (lane 1). Western blot analysis was performed using ELK-1 antibody (AAA50454) at a 1/500 dilution.)

ELK-1 is a protein that functions as a transcription activator. ELK-1 is a member of a subclass of the ETS family known as ternary complex factors (TCFs).
