The sample well of each lane was loaded with 50ug of sample under reducing conditions.Lane 1: human placenta tissue lysates,Lane 2: human Hela cell lysates,Lane 3: human 22RV1 cell lysates,Lane 4: human SKOV cell lysates,Lane 5: human A549 cell lysates. After Electrophoresis, proteins were transferred to a Nitrocellulose membrane at 150mA for 50-90 minutes. Blocked the membrane with 5% Non-fat Milk/ TBS for 1.5 hour at RT. The membrane was incubated with rabbit anti-ETV6/Tel antigen affinity purified polyclonal antibody at 0.5ug/mL overnight at 4 degree C, then washed with TBS-0.1%Tween 3 times with 5 minutes each and probed with a goat anti-rabbit IgG-HRP secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:10000 for 1.5 hour at RT. The signal is developed using an Enhanced Chemiluminescent detection (ECL) kit with Tanon 5200 system. A specific band was detected for ETV6/Tel at approximately 59KD. The expected band size for ETV6/Tel is at 53KD.)

Related Product Information for anti-ETV6/Tel antibody
Description: Transcription factor ETV6 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the ETV6 gene. This gene encodes an ETS family transcription factor. The product of this gene contains two functional domains: a N-terminal pointed (PNT) domain that is involved in protein-protein interactions with itself and other proteins, and a C-terminal DNA-binding domain. Gene knockout studies in mice suggest that it is required for hematopoiesis and maintenance of the developing vascular network. This gene is known to be involved in a large number of chromosomal rearrangements associated with leukemia and congenital fibrosarcoma.
Protein Function: Transcriptional repressor; binds to the DNA sequence 5'- CCGGAAGT-3'. Plays a role in hematopoiesis and malignant transformation.

Product Notes

The ETV6/Tel etv6 (Catalog #AAA124566) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-ETV6/Tel Picoband antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat No cross reactivity with other proteins. and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's ETV6/Tel can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, WB (Western Blot), IHC (Immunohistochemistry), ELISA. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ETV6/Tel etv6 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "ETV6/Tel, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
