F11 Antibody (Center)
IHC (Immunohiostchemistry)
(F11 Antibody (Center) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human liver tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of F11 Antibody (Center) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.)
WB (Western Blot)
(F11 Antibody (Center) western blot analysis in Jurkat cell line lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the F11 antibody detected the F11 protein (arrow).)
coagulation cascade. This protein is present in plasma as a
zymogen, which is a unique plasma coagulation enzyme because it
exists as a homodimer consisting of two identical polypeptide
chains linked by disulfide bonds. During activation of the plasma
factor XI, an internal peptide bond is cleaved by factor XIIa (or
XII) in each of the two chains, resulting in activated factor XIa,
a serine protease composed of two heavy and two light chains held
together by disulfide bonds. This activated plasma factor XI
triggers the middle phase of the intrisic pathway of blood
coagulation by activating factor IX. Defects in this factor lead to
Rosenthal syndrome, a blood coagulation abnormality. [provided by

Product Notes
The F11 f11 (Catalog #AAA283687) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The immunogen sequence is 281-307. The F11 Antibody (Center) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's F11 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, WB (Western Blot), IHC (Immunohistochemistry), ELISA. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the F11 f11 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "F11, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
