Preparation and Storage
Store at 4 degree C or at -20 degree C if preferred. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.

Related Product Information for anti-FHL1 antibody
Goat anti Human FHL1 antibody recognizes human Four and a half LIM domains protein 1, also known as FHL1, Skeletal muscle LIM-protein 1 or SLIM-1. FHL1 is a 323 amino acid ~30 kDa cytoplasmic protein containing multiple LIM domains. FHL1 is abundantly expressed by skeletal muscle and has been linked with several muscular dystrophy-like muscle disorders, including Scapuloperoneal syndrome (Quinzii et al. 2008), X-linked severe early-onset reducing body myopathy (Schlessl et al. 2011), and X-linked myopathy with postural muscle atrophy (Windpassinger et al. 2008). Goat anti Human FHL1 antibody is expected to recognise FHL1 isoform 5 and isoform 2, the latter being implicated as a negative regulator of RBP J- mediated transcription (Liang et al. 2008).

Product Notes
The FHL1 fhl1 (Catalog #AAA50081) is an Antibody produced from Goat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The GOAT ANTI HUMAN FHL1 reacts with Bovine (Expected from Sequence), Dog (Expected from Sequence), Mouse, Pig (Expected from Sequence), Rat (Expected from Sequence) and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's FHL1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, WB (Western Blot), IHC (Immunohistochemistry), ELISA. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the FHL1 fhl1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "FHL1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
