Related Product Information for anti-FN1 antibody
This gene encodes fibronectin, a glycoprotein present in a soluble dimeric form in plasma, and in a dimeric or multimeric form at the cell surface and in Extracellular matrix. The encoded preproprotein is proteolytically processed to generate the mature protein. Fibronectin is involved in cell adhesion and migration processes including embryogenesis, wound healing, blood coagulation, host defense, and metastasis. The gene has three regions subject to alternative splicing, with the potential to produce 20 different transcript variants, at least one of which encodes an isoform that undergoes proteolytic processing. The full-length nature of some variants has not been determined. [provided by RefSeq, Jan 2016]

Product Notes
The FN1 fn1 (Catalog #AAA318896) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Fibronectin Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody reacts with Human, Rat, Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Fibronectin can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA, IF (Immunofluorescence), IHC (Immunohistochemistry). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the FN1 fn1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Fibronectin, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
