Rabbit anti-H1F0/Histone H1.0 Antibody, Affinity Purified
Shelf Life: 1 year from date of receipt
WB (Western Blot)
(Detection of human and mouse H1F0/Histone H1 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 ug) from HeLa, HEK293T, Jurkat, mouse TCMK-1, and mouse NIH 3T3 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-H1F0/Histone H1.0 antibody (AAA213061 lot 1) used for WB at 0.4 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.)
IP (Immunoprecipitation)
(Detection of human H1F0/Histone H1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-H1F0/Histone H1.0 antibody AAA213061 (lot AAA213061-1) used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. H1F0/Histone H1.0 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-H1F0/Histone H1.0 antibody BL19884. For blotting immunoprecipitated H1F0/Histone H1.0, AAA213061 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.)

Product Notes
The H1F0/HistoneH1.0 h1f0 (Catalog #AAA213061) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Rabbit anti-H1F0/Histone H1.0 Antibody, Affinity Purified reacts with Human, Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's H1F0/Histone H1.0 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, IP (Immunoprecipitation), WB (Western Blot). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the H1F0/HistoneH1.0 h1f0 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "H1F0/Histone H1.0, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
