Related Product Information for anti-HNF1B antibody
HNF1 Beta antibody is an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody to HNF1 Beta (HNF1B) from human. It is reactive with human, mouse and rat. Validated for ELISA, IF, IHC and WB.
HNF1B (Hepatocyte Nuclear Factor 1 beta) is a homeobox transcription factor that functions in nephron development and the development of the embryonic pancreas. Mutations in this gene result in developmental kidney diseases, including renal cysts, single kidneys and renal hypoplasia. It has also been associated with early onset diabetes, pancreatic hypoplasia, genital tract malformations, abnormal liver function and early onset gout. It is expressed in renal tubules, the gallbladder, liver, the pancreas, and epithelia of the gastrointestinal tract, and is nuclear in localization.

Product Notes
The HNF1B hnf1b (Catalog #AAA163115) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The HNF1B/HNF1 Beta Rabbit anti-Human Polyclonal Antibody reacts with Mouse, Rat, Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's HNF1B/HNF1 Beta can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, WB (Western Blot), IHC (Immunohistochemistry), IF (Immunofluorescence), ELISA. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the HNF1B hnf1b for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "HNF1B/HNF1 Beta, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
