Related Product Information for anti-JDP2 antibody
This is a rabbit polyclonal antibody against JDP2. It was validated on Western Blot
Target Description: JDP2 is a component of the AP-1 transcription factor that represses transactivation mediated by the Jun family of proteins. It is involved in a variety of transcriptional responses associated with AP-1 such as UV-induced apoptosis, cell differentiation, tumorigenesis and antitumogeneris. It can also function as a repressor by recruiting histone deacetylase 3/HDAC3 to the promoter region of JUN. It may control transcription via direct regulation of the modification of histones and the assembly of chromatin.

Product Notes
The JDP2 jdp2 (Catalog #AAA197187) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The JDP2 antibody - N-terminal region reacts with Tested Reactivity: Human Predicted Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat, Cow, Dog, Guinea Pig, Horse, Rabbit and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's JDP2 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, WB (Western Blot). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the JDP2 jdp2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "JDP2, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
