Isoforms
Human MNDA has one isoform (407aa, 45.8kD). Mouse MNDA has 2 isoforms, isoform 1 (425aa, 47kD) and isoform 2 (423aa, 46.8kD). Rat MNDA has one isoform (438aa, 49.7kD). can detect MNDA in human, but not in mouse and rat.
Preparation and Storage
MNDA antibody can be stored at 4 degree C for three months and -20 degree C, stable for up to one year. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
