Rabbit anti-Human Natriuretic Peptide Receptor C Polyclonal Antibody | anti-NPR3 antibody
Natriuretic Peptide Receptor C Antibody (N-term)
Natriuretic NT
(Natriuretic Natriuretic Peptide Receptor C (NPR3/ANPC) Antibody (N-term) (Cat#AAA284191)immunohistochemistry analysis informalin fixed and paraffin embedded human kidney tissue followed bY peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of Natriuretic Peptide Receptor C (NPR3/ANPC)Antibody (N-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.)
Fluorescent
(Fluorescent confocal image of HeLa cells stained with Natriuretic Peptide Receptor C(N-term) antibody. HeLa cells were fixed with 4% PFA (20 min), permeabilized with Triton X-100 (0.2%, 30 min). Cells were then incubated with AP8113a Natriuretic PeptideReceptor C (N-term) primary antibody (1:200, 2h at room temperature). For secondary antibody, 488 conjugated donkeyanti-rabbit antibody (green) was used (1:1000,1h). Nuclei were counterstained with Hoechst33342 (blue) (10 ?g/ml, 5 min). Note the highly specific localization of the Natriuretic PeptideReceptor C mainly to the mainly to the nucleus.)

Product Notes
The NPR3 npr3 (Catalog #AAA284191) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Natriuretic Peptide Receptor C Antibody (N-term) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Natriuretic Peptide Receptor C can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA, IHC (Immunohistochemistry), IF (Immunofluorescence), WB (Western Blot). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the NPR3 npr3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Natriuretic Peptide Receptor C, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
