Related Product Information for anti-NLE1 antibody
NLE1 (Notchless Homolog 1) is a Protein Coding gene. The NLE1 gene, located on 17q12, is conserved in chimpanzee, Rhesus monkey, dog, cow, mouse, rat, chicken, zebrafish, fruit fly, mosquito, C.elegans, S.cerevisiae, K.lactis, E.gossypii, S.pombe, M.oryzae, N.crassa, A.thaliana, rice, and frog. NLE1 is a member of the large WD40-repeat protein family and is thought to signal via the canonical NOTCH pathway in vertebrates. NLE1 plays a role in regulating Notch activity. Plays a role in regulating the expression of CDKN1A and several members of the Wnt pathway, probably via its effects on Notch activity. In the mouse, Notchless homolog 1 (Drosophila) (Nle1) is instrumental for the survival of cells of the inner cell mass upon implantation. Diseases associated with NLE1 include Heart Block, Congenital, and Meningoencephalitis.

Product Notes

The NLE1 (Catalog #AAA256527) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-NLE1 Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's NLE1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, IHC (Immunohistochemistry), WB (Western Blot). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the NLE1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "NLE1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
