Preparation and Storage
This antibody can be stored at 2-8 degree C for one month without detectable loss of activity. Antibody products are stable for twelve months from date of receipt when stored at -20 degree C to -80 degree C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

NUDT11 (Nudix Hydrolase 11) is a Protein Coding gene. It is located on Xp11.22. NUDT11 belongs to a subgroup of phosphohydrolases that preferentially attack diphosphoinositol polyphosphates. Diseases associated with NUDT11 include Encephalitozoonosis. Among its related pathways are Metabolism and Inositol phosphate metabolism (REACTOME). The hDIPP3 genes (NUDT10 encodes hDIPP3alpha; NUDT11 encodes hDIPP3beta) are only 152 kbp apart at p11.22 on chromosome X and probably arose by duplication. Transcription of both genes is inactivated on one of the X chromosomes of human females to maintain appropriate gene dosage. The hDIPP3 pair add tissue-specific diversity to the molecular mechanisms regulating diphosphoinositol polyphosphate turnover. 27 organisms have orthologs with the human gene NUDT11.
