Procedure
Goats were immunized with CHO Phospholipase B-Like 2(PLBL2)of recombinant origin and antiserum were collected. The antibody was immunoaffinity purified off an antigen containingimmunosorbent. Antibody concentration was determined using an absorbance at 280 nm: 1.4 equals 1.0 mg of IgG.
Preparation and Storage
Lyophilized materialshould be kept at 4°C until rehydrated. Rehydrateby adding 0.5mL of reagent quality water to the product vialand add preservative. Liquid solution stored at 2-8°C.
