Related Product Information for anti-POLR3H antibody
POLR3H (RNA Polymerase III Subunit H) is a Protein Coding gene. The POLR3H gene, located on 22q13.2, is conserved in chimpanzee, Rhesus monkey, dog, cow, mouse, rat, chicken, zebrafish, fruit fly, mosquito, C.elegans, S.cerevisiae, K.lactis, E.gossypii, S.pombe, M.oryzae, A.thaliana, rice, and frog. POLR3H is a Specific peripheric component of RNA polymerase III which synthesizes small RNAs, such as 5S rRNA and tRNAs. POLR3H is widely expressed in the heart, kidney, and other tissues. Diseases associated with POLR3H include 46, Xx Sex Reversal 1, and Infantile Cerebellar-Retinal Degeneration. Among its related pathways are RNA Polymerase II Transcription Initiation And Promoter Clearance and Transcription of tRNA. 241 organisms have orthologs with the human gene POLR3H.

Product Notes

The POLR3H (Catalog #AAA256794) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-POLR3H Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's POLR3H can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, IF (Immunofluorescence), ICC (Immunocytochemistry), IHC (Immunohistochemistry). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the POLR3H for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "POLR3H, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
