Rabbit Pyruvate Kinase (PKM2) Polyclonal Antibody | anti-PKM antibody
Pyruvate Kinase (PKM2) Antibody (C-term)
IHC (Immunohistochemistry)
(Pyruvate Kinase (PKM2) Antibody (C-term) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human hepatocarcinoma followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the Pyruvate Kinase (PKM2) Antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.)
WB (Western Blot)
(Western blot analysis of anti-h PKM2-N491 Pab in Ramos cell line lysates (35ug/lane). hPKM2-N491(arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.)
IF (Immunofluorescence)
(Fluorescent confocal image of MCF7 cells stained with Pyruvate Kinase (PKM2) (C-term) antibody. MCF7 cells were fixed with 4% PFA (20 min), permeabilized with Triton X-100 (0.2%, 30 min). Cells were then incubated with AAA286433 Pyruvate Kinase (PKM2) (C-term) primary antibody (1:200, 2 h at room temperature). For secondary antibody, Alexa Fluor 488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody (green) was used (1:1000, 1h). Nuclei were counterstained with Hoechst 33342 (blue) (10 ug/ml, 5 min). Note the highly specific localization of the Pyruvate Kinase (PKM2) mainly to the cytoplasm, supported by Human Protein Atlas Data (http://www.proteinatlas.org/ENSG00000067225).)
WB (Western Blot)
(Western blot analysis of lysates from HeLa, rat PC-12, Ramos, mouse NIH/3T3 cell line, mouse brain tissue lysate(from left to right), using PKM2-N491. AAA286433 was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:10000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysates at 20ug per lane.)

Product Notes
The PKM pkm (Catalog #AAA286433) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The immunogen sequence is 476-505. The Pyruvate Kinase (PKM2) Antibody (C-term) reacts with Human, mouse, rat, monkey and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Pyruvate Kinase (PKM2) can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, IHC (Immunohistochemistry), IF (Immunofluorescence), ELISA, WB (Western Blot). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the PKM pkm for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Pyruvate Kinase (PKM2), Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
