Hemmagglutaination:
Test Cell Suspension: 100 uL of washed 1% fixed bovine red blood cells in saline.
Product Tested: 100 ul of the above listed product and lot diluted in 1:100 heat inactivated normal rabbit serum in saline.
Incubation: 37°C for 20 mins, in U-bottom microtiter plates .
20°C for 2-4 hrs. for cell settling pattern.
Titer: The highest dilution of the product that yields agglutination.
Results: Titer of 1:100
