Related Product Information for anti-SARNP antibody
SARNP (SAP Domain Containing Ribonucleoprotein) is a Protein Coding gene. The SARNP gene, located on 12q13.2, is conserved in chimpanzee, dog, cow, mouse, rat, chicken, zebrafish, and frog. This gene encodes a protein that is upregulated in response to various cytokines. The encoded protein may play a role in cell cycle progression. A translocation between this gene and the myeloid/lymphoid leukemia gene, resulting in the expression of a chimeric protein, has been associated with acute myelomonocytic leukemia. SARNP is widely expressed in testis, endometrium, and other tissues. Diseases associated with SARNP include Subglottis Neoplasm and Supraglottis Neoplasm. The related pathways of SARNP are Cleavage of Growing Transcript in the Termination Region and Transport of Mature Transcript to Cytoplasm.

Product Notes

The SARNP (Catalog #AAA256336) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-SARNP Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's SARNP can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, IP (Immunoprecipitation), IF (Immunofluorescence), ICC (Immunocytochemistry), IHC (Immunohistochemistry), WB (Western Blot). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the SARNP for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "SARNP, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
