Related Product Information for anti-SUFU antibody
Description: Rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody for SUFU detection. Tested with WB, ICC/IF, FCM, Direct ELISA in Human; Mouse; Rat.
Background: Suppressor of fused homolog is a protein that in humans is encoded by the SUFU gene. It is mapped to 10q24.32. The Hedgehog signaling pathway plays an important role in early human development. The pathway is a signaling cascade that plays a role in pattern formation and cellular proliferation during development. This gene encodes a negative regulator of the hedgehog signaling pathway. Defects in this gene are a cause of medulloblastoma. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.

Product Notes
The SUFU sufu (Catalog #AAA125448) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-SUFU Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's SUFU can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (Direct ELISA), FCM/FACS (Flow Cytometry), IF (Immunofluorescence), ICC (Immunocytochemistry), WB (Western Blot). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the SUFU sufu for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "SUFU, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
