Related Product Information for anti-CACNA1H antibody
Voltage-sensitive calcium channel that gives rise to T- type calcium currents. T-type calcium channels belong to the "low- voltage activated (LVA)" group. A particularity of this type of channel is an opening at quite negative potentials, and a voltage- dependent inactivation (PubMed:9930755, PubMed:27149520). T-type channels serve pacemaking functions in both central neurons and cardiac nodal cells and support calcium signaling in secretory cells and vascular smooth muscle (Probable). They may also be involved in the modulation of firing patterns of neurons (PubMed:27729216).

Product Notes

The CACNA1H cacna1h (Catalog #AAA295959) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The T-type Ca++ CP alpha1H Polyclonal Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's T-type Ca++ CP alpha1H can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, WB (Western Blot). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CACNA1H cacna1h for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "T-type Ca++ CP alpha1H, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
