Related Product Information for anti-TATDN1 antibody
The DNase domain-containing protein TATDN1 is a conserved nuclease in both prokaryotes and eukaryotes. It was previously implicated to play a role in apoptotic DNA fragmentation in yeast and C. elegans. zebrafish TATDN1 (zTATDN1) plays an important role in chromosome segregation and eye development in zebrafish. TATDN1 promotes the proliferative potential and cell cycle progression of breast cancer (BCa) cells through adsorbing microRNA-140-3p to upregulate NOVA1 expression. TATDN1 accelerates the proliferative rate and cell cycle progression of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) by degrading miRNA-6089 to upregulate LIX1L. TATDN1 enhanced the DDP-tolerance of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cells by upregulating TRIM66 expression via sponging miR-451, hinting at a novel regulatory pathway of chemoresistance in DDP-tolerant NSCLC cells and providing a potential therapeutic target for NSCLC patients with DDP-resistance.

Product Notes

The TATDN1 (Catalog #AAA256653) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-TATDN1 Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's TATDN1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, IF (Immunofluorescence), ICC (Immunocytochemistry), IHC (Immunohistochemistry). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TATDN1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "TATDN1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
