Biological Significance
Rabbit IgG directed against mouse thymocytes. Thymocytes are hematopoietic progenitor cells present in the thymus. Thymopoiesis is the process in the thymus by which thymocytes differentiate into mature T lymphocytes.

Mouse thymocyte antibody was raised in rabbit using RBC-free Mouse thymocytes as the immunogen.
