Related Product Information for anti-TLR2 antibody
Toll-like receptor 2
Goat polyclonal antibody to TLR2. It is a 84 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein and a member of TLR family. It contains many leucine-rich repeat sequences and the intracellular Toll Interleukin Receptor Domain. TLR2 forms heterodimer with TLR1 and TLR6. It is expressed in peripheral blood leukocytes, and highly expressed in monocytes in bone marrow, lymph nodes, and spleen. It is also detectable in other tissues. This protein recognizes molecular patterns of bacteria, fungi, protozoan pathogens and stimulates pro-inflammatory cytokines as part of innate immunity.

Product Notes
The TLR2 tlr2 (Catalog #AAA63076) is an Antibody produced from Goat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The TLR2 Polyclonal Antibody reacts with Reacts with Human, Rat, Mouse and Monkey proteins and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's TLR2 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, WB (Western Blot). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TLR2 tlr2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "TLR2, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
