Related Product Information for anti-TRAP1 antibody
HSP90 proteins are highly conserved molecular chaperones
that have key roles in signal transduction, protein folding,
protein degradation, and morphologic evolution. HSP90 proteins
normally associate with other cochaperones and play important roles
in folding newly synthesized proteins or stabilizing and refolding
denatured proteins after stress. TRAP1 is a mitochondrial HSP90
protein. Other HSP90 proteins are found in cytosol (see HSP90AA1;
MIM 140571) and endoplasmic reticulum (HSP90B1; MIM 191175) (Chen
et al., 2005 [PubMed 16269234]).

Product Notes

The TRAP1 trap1 (Catalog #AAA283792) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The immunogen sequence is 542-570. The TRAP1 Antibody (C-term) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's TRAP1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, IHC (Immunohistochemistry), ELISA, WB (Western Blot). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TRAP1 trap1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "TRAP1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
