Related Product Information for anti-WNT3A antibody
Description: Rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody for Protein Wnt-3a(WNT3A) detection. Tested with WB in Human, Mouse.
Background: Wingless-type MMIV integration site family, member 3A is a protein that in humans is encoded by the WNT3A gene. This gene is a member of the WNT gene family. The gene was assigned to human chromosome 1q42.13. These proteins have been implicated in oncogenesis and in several developmental processes, including regulation of cell fate and patterning during embryogenesis. It encodes a protein showing 96% amino acid identity to mouse Wnt3A protein, and 84% to human WNT3 protein, another WNT gene product.

Product Notes
The WNT3A wnt3a (Catalog #AAA45370) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-Wnt3a antibody reacts with Reacts with: Human Predict to work with: Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Wnt3a can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, WB (Western Blot). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the WNT3A wnt3a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Wnt3a, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
