Related Product Information for anti-SOCS2 antibody
Cytokines induce a variety of biological responses by binding to specific cell surface receptors and activating cytoplasmic signal transduction pathways which are suppressed by other transcriptional factors. Proteins that mediate these signals from the cell surface to the nucleus include JAKs and STATs, while SOCS (Suppressor of cytokine signaling) proteins inhibit those signaling. The SOCS family comprises at least 8 members, SOCS1 to SOCS7 and CIS (cytokine inducible SH2 containing protein). Structurally, the SOCS proteins are composed of an N terminal region of variable length and amino acid composition, a central SH2 domain, and a previously unrecognized C terminal motif named the SOCS box. SOCS 2 is considered to regulate postnatal growth, such as GH/IGF-1 pathway.

Product Notes
The SOCS2 socs2 (Catalog #AAA71411) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Rabbit anti SOCS-2 antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat, Chicken, Bovine, Dog and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's SOCS2 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, IHC (Immunohistochemistry), WB (Western Blot), ELISA. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the SOCS2 socs2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "SOCS2, Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
