Immunogen
The antibody was raised in mice homozygous for both disrupted endogenous Ig heavy chain and k light chain, harboring a chromosome 14 fragment (SC20) containing a human Ig heavy chain locus and a human Igk chain transgene (KCo5). The mice were immunised against TRAIL-R1 and TRAIL-R2.
Chimeric Use Statement
This chimeric rabbit antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Human IgG4 format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques.
Preparation and Storage
Store at 4 degree C for up to 3 months. For longer storage, aliquot and store at -20 degree C.

After washing, bound antibody was detected using Alexa Fluor 488 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG and cells analysed on a FACSCanto flow-cytometer.)

HeLa(A) (0.5ug/ml), Caco-2(B) (0.5ug/ml) and K562(C) (0.5ug/ml) cells lysate tissue lysate (35ug protein in RIPA buffer) were resolved on a SDS PAGE gel and blots were probed with the chimeric rabbit version of 304 (AAA72263-23.0) before detection using an anti-rabbit secondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1h was used and protein was detected by chemiluminescence.)
