Preparation and Storage
Store at 4 degree C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20 degree C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.

Description: Recombinant C.elegans SNAP-25 produced in E Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 207 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 23kDa. SNAP-25 gene was amplified by PCR from C.elegans and cloned into an E Coli expression vector. SNAP-25 was purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
