Related Product Information for TNNI3K recombinant protein
Recombinant human TNNI3K (300-end) was expressed by baculovirus in Sf9 insect cells using an N-terminal GST tag. The gene accession number is BC117262.
The Cardiac Troponin I -interacting kinase (TNNI3K) is a serine/threonine-protein kinase, that is a member of the MAPKKK family (1). As a cardiac-specific kinase, it contains Ankyrin repeat, protein kinase, and serine-rich domains and highly expressed in the cardiomyocytes (1). Overexpression of TNNI3K has been shown to increase the progression of cardiomyopathy in mice through the Tyr and Ser/Thr kinase activity (2). The TNNI3K mutation has been involved in a familial syndrome of conduction system disease and dilated cardiomyopathy by causing the aggregation of this protein (3).

Product Notes
The TNNI3K (Catalog #AAA74060) is a Recombinant Protein produced from Sf9 insect cells and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. AAA Biotech's TNNI3K can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, WB (Western Blot), Kinase Assay. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TNNI3K for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "TNNI3K, Recombinant Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
