Related Product Information for USP15 recombinant protein
Recombinant full-length human USP15 was expressed by baculovirus in Sf9 insect cells using an N-terminal GST tag. The USP15 gene accession number is NM_001252078.
USP15 (ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase 15) is a member of the ubiquitin specific protease (USP) family of cysteine protease deubiquitination enzymes and regulates TGFB receptor signaling, NF-kappa-B and RNF41/NRDP1-PRKN pathways. The enzyme interacts with OP9 signalosome and is a key regulator of TGFB receptor signaling through deubiquitination of receptor-activated SMAD transcription factors (1). USP15 also plays a role in the regulation and stabilization of Human Papillomavirus (HPV) type 16 E6 protein, suggesting that E6 may be a target for USP15 DUB activity (2).

Product Notes
The USP15 (Catalog #AAA74102) is a Recombinant Protein produced from Sf9 insect cells and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. AAA Biotech's USP15 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, WB (Western Blot), Activity Assay. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the USP15 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "USP15, Recombinant Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
