Host
Human
Purity/Purification
>95%, as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form/Format
Recombinant Human NRG1 is supplied as lyophilized 0.2 um filtered PBS solution, pH7.2.
Sequence Length
607
Host Note
(Host protein expression may be lot-specific and can be subject to change during production, including bulk orders)
Source
Optimized DNA sequence encoding Human NRG1 mature chain >sp|Q02297|2-246 was expressed in CHO cells
Endotoxin
Endotoxin content was assayed using a LAL gel clot method. Endotoxin level was found to be less than 0.1 ng/ug(1EU/ug).
Reconstitution
A quick spin of the vial followed by reconstitution in distilled water to a concentration not less than 0.1 mg/mL. This solution can then be diluted into other buffers.
Preparation and Storage
Store at Room Temperature for 3 weeks or lyophilized at -20 degree C for 12 months.
After reconsitution , Store at at 2-8 degree C for 3 weeks or at -20 degree C for 12 months.
(*)For long term storage we recommend the addition of a carrier protein at 0.1%. (*)Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
