Related Product Information for anti-HNRNPL antibody
This is a rabbit polyclonal antibody against HNRPL. It was validated on Western Blot and immunohistochemistry

Target Description: Heterogeneous nuclear RNAs (hnRNAs) which include mRNA precursors and mature mRNAs are associated with specific proteins to form heterogenous ribonucleoprotein (hnRNP) complexes. Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein L is among the proteins that are stably associated with hnRNP complexes and along with other hnRNP proteins is likely to play a major role in the formation, packaging, processing, and function of mRNA. Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein L is present in the nucleoplasm as part of the HNRP complex. HNRP proteins have also been identified outside of the nucleoplasm. Exchange of hnRNP for mRNA-binding proteins accompanies transport of mRNA from the nucleus to the cytoplasm. Since HNRP proteins have been shown to shuttle between the nucleus and the cytoplasm, it is possible that they also have cytoplasmic functions.Heterogeneous nuclear RNAs (hnRNAs) which include mRNA precursors and mature mRNAs are associated with specific proteins to form heterogenous ribonucleoprotein (hnRNP) complexes. Product Notes

The HNRNPL hnrnpl (Catalog #AAA23474) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The HNRPL antibody - N-terminal region reacts with Cow, Dog, Guinea Pig, Horse, Human, Mouse, Rabbit, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's HNRPL can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the HNRNPL hnrnpl for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. The amino acid sequence is listed below: Synthetic peptide located within the following region: AAGGGGGGEN YDDPHKTPAS PVVHIRGLID GVVEADLVEA LQEFGPISYV. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "HNRPL, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
