Antibodies: Rabbit anti-ASCL1/MASH1 recombinant monoclonal antibody (AAA23849 lot 1) used for IP at 6 ul per reaction. WB: 1:1000 IP: 6 ul/mg lysate IHC: 1:100 to 1:500. Epitope retrieval with citrate buffer pH6.0 is recommended for FFPE tissue sections. ICC: 1:100 to 1:500. Epitope retrieval with citrate buffer pH6.0 is recommended for FFPE cell sections. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ASCL1/MASH1 ascl1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
