DiBAC4 (5) is a lipohilic anionic fluorescent dye that detects cell membran potential. It has no fluorescence and only emits fluorescence when it binds to proteins in the cytoplasm of human cells. When DiBAC4 (5) enters the cell, the fluorescence intensity inside the cell increses, indicating an increase in membrane potential indicating cell depolarization; On the contrary, a decrease in intracellular fluorescence intensity, i.e. a decrease in membran potential, indicates cell hyperpolarization.
Dissolution
DMSO , anhydrous ethanol, and pure water can be used to dissolve, and DMSO can be used to dissolve into a 10mM mother liquor for storage. If the concentration is low enough to meet the requirements, pure water can also be used to dissolve.

Store at -20°C for 1 year, dry and avoid light preservation.
