Related Product Information for CD79A recombinant protein
CD79A, also known as B-cell antigen receptor complex-associated protein alpha chain isoform 1, is a membrane-spanning, signal-transducing components of the B-cell receptor. It plays multiple and diverse roles in B cell development and function. It can be a cause of agammaglobulinemia. It is upregulated on MDSCs and activated in response to soluble factors secreted by tumor cells. It plays a functional role in the tumor promoting effects of myeloid cells, and may represent a novel target for cancer therapy. Recombinant human CD79A, fused to His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.

Product Notes

The CD79A cd79a (Catalog #AAA48967) is a Recombinant Protein produced from Baculovirus and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The tag for this protein is His-tag!!Domain||33-143aa. AAA Biotech's CD79A can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, SDS-PAGE. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD79A cd79a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. The amino acid sequence is listed below: LWMHKVPASL MVSLGEDAHF QCPHNSSNNA NVTWWRVLHG NYTWPPEFLG PGEDPNGTLI IQNVNKSHGG IYVCRVQEGN ESYQQSCGTY LRVRQPPPRP FLDMGEGTKN RLEHHHHHH. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD79A, Recombinant Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
