Protein Details
Recombinant CDK9/CyclinT1 Complex that includes full length human CDK9 protein (accession number NP_001252.1) without tag and full-length human Cyclin-T1 protein (accession number NP_001231.2) with an N-terminal DYKDDDDK tag was expressed in Hi5 cells. The molecular weights of CDK9 and CyclinT1 are 42.76kDa and 81.95kDa, respectively.
Preparation and Storage
Recombinant proteins in solution are temperature sensitive and must be stored at -80 degree C to prevent degradation. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles and keep on ice when not in storage.

Related Product Information for CDK9/CyclinT1 recombinant protein
CDK9 is a member of the CDC2-like family of kinases. Its cyclin partners are members of the CYCLIN T family (T1, T2a, and T2b) and CYCLIN K. The CDK9/CYCLIN T1 complex is very important in the differentiation programming of several cell types, including muscle cells and neurons, controlling specific differentiation pathways.

Product Notes

The CDK9/CyclinT1 (Catalog #AAA60416) is a Recombinant Protein produced from Baculovirus and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CDK9/CyclinT1, Recombinant Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
