Reconstitution
1. Before opening the tube cap, centrifuge the sample tube at 5000g for 3-5 min at room temperature to ensure the lyophilized sample to settle down at the bottom of the tube.
2. Dissolved lyophilized protein sample in sterile and low endotoxin water based on the recommended volume: 200 ul.
3. After adding sterile water, cover the lid and mix them by gently tapping the tube for 5-10 times. Note: Do not vortex or vigorously pipette the sample.

Preparation and Storage
Store at -20°C to -70°C in lyophilized state. After reconstitution, store the stock solution at -80°C immediately and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles! Store at -80°C for 3 months under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
