Balanced Salt Solution (Physiological Solution) have the properties of buffer solution (regulate pH), normal saline (maintain osmotic pressure) and culture medium (provide nutrition). Krebs-Hensleit's solution is a balanced salt solution jointly developed by the famous biochemist Krebs and his student Hensleit.
