Related Product Information for CYLD recombinant protein
Recombinant human CYLD (1-956) was expressed by baculovirus in Sf9 insect cells using an N-terminal GST tag. The gene accession number is NM_015247.
CYLD is a cytoplasmic deubiquitinating enzyme, which removes ubiquitin molecules from various signaling proteins, and regulates the activities of many cellular and signaling processes. It plays a role in the regulation of inflammation, immunity, cell cycle progression, spermatogenesis, osteoclastogenesis, ciliogenesis, migration and tumorigenesis. (1) Several signaling pathways, such as the Nuclear Factor-kB (NF-kB), Wnt/beta-catenin and c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) pathways, and potentially others have been linked with or regulated by CYLD. (2) Mutations in CYLD gene have been associated with cylindromatosis, multiple familial trichoepithelioma, and Brooke-Spiegler syndrome. (3)

Product Notes
The CYLD (Catalog #AAA73367) is a Recombinant Protein produced from Sf9 insect cells and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. AAA Biotech's CYLD can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, WB (Western Blot), Kinase Assay. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CYLD for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CYLD, Recombinant Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
