Related Product Information for F (ab')? Fragment anti-IgG, Fc fragment specific secondary antibody
Secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies which will work with target-specific primary antibody in the detection, sorting or purification of its specified target. Secondary antibodies offer increased versatility enabling users to use many detection systems (e.g. HRP, AP, fluorescence). They can also provide greater sensitivity through signal amplification as multiple secondary antibodies. Most commonly, secondary antibodies are generated by immunizing the host animal (different from host species of primary antibody) with a pooled population of normal immunoglobulins from the host species of primary antibody and can be further purified and modified (i.e. antibody fragmentation, label conjugation, etc.) to ensure well-characterized specificity to corresponding normal immunoglobulins.

Product Notes

The F (ab')? Fragment anti-IgG, Fc fragment specific (Catalog #AAA283339) is a Secondary Antibody produced from Goat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The FITC-conjugated F (ab')? Fragment Goat anti-Rabbit IgG, Fc fragment specific reacts with Rabbit and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's F (ab')? Fragment anti-IgG, Fc fragment specific can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, FCM/FACS (Flow Cytometry), ICC (Immunocytochemistry), IF (Immunofluorescence). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the F (ab')? Fragment anti-IgG, Fc fragment specific for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "F (ab')? Fragment anti-IgG, Fc fragment specific, Secondary Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
