Biological Significance
Immunoglobulin G (IgG) are antibody molecules. Each IgG is composed of four peptide chains - two heavy chains ? and two light chains. Each IgG has two antigen binding sites. Other Immunoglobulins may be described in terms of polymers with the IgG structure considered the monomer.
Preparation and Storage
Upon receipt, store at 4 degree C while lyophilized. After reconstituted, product stable for several weeks at 4°Cas an undiluted liquid. For extended storage aliquot and freeze at -20°C or below. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
