The sensitivity, minimum detectable dose of this IL-4 antibody pair was determined using the IL-4 ELISA kit (which contains the same antibodies) and was found to be <0.7pg/ml. This was determined by adding 3 standard deviations to the mean OD obtained when the zero standard was assayed 35 times.
